Holding a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, his educational foundation underscores a fusion of technical expertise and strategic business acumen.

His professional journey spans an array of specialties, encompassing real estate development, project management, residential and commercial construction, civil/environmental/architectural engineering, team building, financial management, communications, information technology, business development, and strategic planning.

He has been the driving force behind a diverse range of community-based real estate development initiatives in his past roles at East Liberty Development Inc. (ELDI) and Northside Leadership Conference. These encompass affordable, special needs, and market-rate rental and for-sale housing, as well as retail development. Leveraging creative financing solutions, he has navigated the complexities of these projects, supported by a highly talented project and construction management department.

A pivotal aspect of his role involves spearheading initiatives for member neighborhood groups seeking technical assistance for strategic real estate development projects. This includes acquiring key properties through various methods, overseeing project design and construction, obtaining and administering necessary financing, actively marketing the project, completing close-out tasks for sold projects, and managing residential and commercial investment properties.
