Scott L. Brown

Scott L. Brown is the retired Vice President and Community Investment Manager at Citizens Bank, where he led Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) efforts in six southwestern Pennsylvania counties, working closely with local organizations to address community needs. He began his banking career at Mellon Bank, rising through various roles to become a commercial lending officer and CRA Officer for the Western Region, earning recognition as the Most Distinguished CRA Officer by the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group.
Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and has served on numerous boards, including Neighborhood Housing Services of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Regional Development Funding Corporation, NEED, and the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation. He is also a past president of the Kingsley Association and continues his community involvement as a board member of Landmark Community Capital and Main and Elm Development Company.
