Stephanie Miller (Board Chair) is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Neighborhood Allies, where she leads strategic operational and financial initiatives to ensure long-term success. With over 25 years in the nonprofit sector, she has secured over $200 million in grants and resources, leveraging economic tools to support community development, real estate, and local arts. She also serves as Board Chair for Main + Elm Development Company and previously worked at UPMC and Economic Development South, securing significant funding for local initiatives. Her background in arts management includes leadership roles at City Theatre and the Weinberg Center for the Arts, where she drove marketing, fundraising, and operations. Stephanie holds an MBA from Hood College and a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional. Recognized as one of Pittsburgh Magazine’s “40 Under 40” in 2020, she enjoys live music, vinyl hunting, thrifting, and exploring new places.
